Ooey Gooey Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Melt-in-your-mouth Ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies. Such a traditional treat perfect for any occasion!

Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 + 1/8 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp hot water
  • 1 + 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Cream together the butter & sugars.

2. Add the eggs and vanilla.

3. Dissolve the baking soda in the hot water & add to the mixture.

4. Gradually mix in the flour & salt.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7. Bake at 375°F for 11-13 min.
