I have made a few recipes in your book: Gluten Free Made simple.
So far I have made the Pumpkin Breakfast Muffins on page 5, they were delicious! I liked how you used the maple syrup for sweetness rather than sugar making it even more natural. I also enjoyed and received great comments on the Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies on page 10, I used raisins instead of chocolate chips and they turned out great!
I have been using the King Arthur 1:1 Gluten Free Flour, and it is working great. I noticed in the Table of Contents at the bottom you mention your favorites: Bob Red Mill, Krusteez and Pamela’s, of these 3 which is most cost effective and do you purchase them on Amazon? Please direct, as gluten free flour is more expensive.
Lastly, on page 13, I am endeavoring to make the Pumpkin Bars recipe this week!
It does not give the size of pan to use, could you inform me, please. I assume the standard 9×13, but want to be sure.
