We just got home from one of our favorite days of the month, and I want to share about it with you in long form today because I think it might become one of your favorite days of the month too! It will also answer the most common question I get when it comes to gluten-free cooking and baking – “where do you buy your gluten-free flour?”

Today was Azure pick-up day for us. So we drove to town (8 miles away), met our friends, gathered around the semi, collected all our boxes, and played at the park for an hour after. This might not make much sense if you’ve never heard of Azure Standard, so let me unpack how this all works.
