Ingredients: 2 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour (plus more for shaping); 1/2 cup sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 + 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 cup butter (chilled & cut into 1/4" thick slices); 1/2 cup heavy cream or buttermilk (plus 2 Tbsp for brushing); 1 egg; 1 + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 3/4 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen (wild blueberries work best due to their smaller size). Do not thaw frozen berries.); 1 cup powdered sugar; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
