Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup homemade gluten-free vanilla pudding
  • 2-3 cups chopped fruit

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • For best results, let your cream sit out briefly so it’s slightly cool—not ice cold—as it tends to whip more smoothly.
  • Gently fold in the sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Add the homemade gluten-free vanilla pudding (chilled) and gently mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Carefully fold in your chopped fruit, being gentle to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
